Today, I have been unwell. I slept normally, but awoke feeling like I had been hit by a bus. I got to about 3 this afternoon, then literally keeled over. A combination of erratic eating and not enough sleep over a long period of time. Slept for a couple of hours and am back in bed early feeling rotten. It was a slip up and I can't afford to let that happen again - I have too much to do and it is only going to get tougher over the next couple of years. I need to watch more closely that I don't over do it - I usually know the warning signs, but this crept up on me.
Besides, it is a bit early in the academic year to have such an energy slump. Hmm - must manage things a little better.
