31. What do you do or where do you go when you need to be alone?
You would have thought that being near the sea or woodland would afford you some headspace, especially in winter, but no - you invariably come across someone you know, then any chance of going for a walk in your own head is dispelled. There is a place between two hills which is wooded and quiet. I sit in the layby, where the odd tractor/farming lorry goes by and the only other sounds I can hear are cows mooing and the screeching of buzzards.
