Insomnia Once Again

I cannot sleep, brain is in overdrive. I will be screened medically at the end of the month and it is playing on my mind. Basically, you can frighten yourself silly with 'niggles,' can't you? It doesn't help that the weather is humid and therefore uncomfortable to sleep. I have conflicted dreams that I can't recall.

I am not a fan of August - to me, it is like a second February;same amount of rain, just warmer and crammed with holiday makers. Just feel swamped a bit,I suppose.
