C. G. Jung - The Archetypes and the Collective Unconscious

These books thudded through my door late last week - looks like I am going to make myself both a Freud and a Jungian expert before the summer's out (which will be quite crucial for my major dissertation). Tossing up whether to read the Jungian brick and smother it in Post It notes, or to read some Angela Carter first, then plod through this tome.  Must admit to wanting to throw myself into Jung and later Freud, attach it to my literary theory understanding, then blast through my set texts.

Don't worry, I won't bore people with the running commentary, unless I find something that should be up for discussion.
