Snow On The Way (Allegedly)

According to the weather forecast, Cornwall has snow on the way.  Now when we mean snow, we actually mean a mere dusting of white stuff - not the meaty blizzards that are felt over the US or Russia.  It is just that the UK and specifically Cornwall (that doesn't really see a lot of either frost or snow - just rain and wind) are not prepared for anything too parky and will ground to a halt when a mere half inch is gracing the pavements.  I may live to regret these words - we did have a HUGE snowing sesh seeing 2/3 ft of drifted snow, but that was nearly 28 years ago and not a lot since.
